Presentation of the Application

AntKeeper ("the Application") is an app for managing and tracking ant colonies. The Application is published by Almana-cc.

Access and Use

The Application is free to use for managing one (1) ant colony. Beyond this, the user must subscribe to a paid plan.

Subscriptions and Pricing

Available subscription plans:

• Monthly subscription: €2.99 (VAT incl.)/month
• Annual subscription: €29.99 (VAT incl.)/year
• Subscriptions are non-binding and can be cancelled at any time. The current billing period remains due.

Subscription and Cancellation Terms

The user can subscribe and cancel directly from the Application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period or whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Application.

Intellectual Property

All content of the Application is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use and Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
